COLOR CONSISTENCY
Please be aware that actual color may differ slightly from that shown. While the essential color will remain the same, that is pastel pink will be pastel pink and turquoise will be turquoise, the actual shade may differ. Minor differences in exact shade of color differ due to lighting differences, individual photographer styles, film development differences, scanner differences and individual pc monitor color settings.

- VAT/CUSTOMS DUTY

- No other hidden charges/cost except in exceptional cases buyer's country/state may charge VAT and/or custom duties., yet destination country may charge VAT and/or custom levies, which would be sole responsibility of the customer and to be paid extra at cost.

TRANSIT DAMAGES
We take every care to ship the orders in good condition, properly packed. However the package and dispatched goods may be damaged/soiled due to delivery procedure and customs procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

We are not resposible for damage or any loss during transit.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

INCORRECT INSTRUCTIONS
ALL Changes and Special Instructions MUST be repeated after order in an email. We have recently had cases, where the customer has expected his/her order to be executed, incorporating changes suggested by customer via email, weeks even months before actual date of order. We will NOT check email history before executing an order. If no email containing Special Instructions / Changes is received AFTER order is placed, order will be executed without any changes.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Personally selected goods will not be taken back or exchanged with other goods.

All products are custom made to particular size and other specifications. therefore, orders once delivered, cannot be returned for refund. We do ensure that return & refund situations do not arise and ensure customer satisfaction, but it is not possible to follow an open refund / return policy as products are not readymade stock. However, genuine problems may arise and exchange of outfit for another piece of the same outfit can be undertaken under the following circumstances only:

- Manufacturing defect.

- DISHA EXPORTS must be informed of any defect / damage within 3 days of date of receipt.

- The Products will be exchanged without any extra cost, once the sold piece is received back.

- All shipping costs for return of the products to our address in India must be borne by the customer. The Returned Goods MUST reach us no later than 6 weeks from date of your receipt.

- The substituted piece may differ slightly from the original in color and/or prints due to fast changing fashions.

- One outfit cannot be exchanged for anything apart from another of the same.

Even after receiving payment for the product purchased by u ,we will return the same amount received from u in case we r not in a position to give.
Jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene safety

Information required for process and execution of orders will not be shared or passed on for any other purpose. Our authorised online credit card payment processors are CCAvenue.com (this is SSL Secured) and we do not receive any of customers' credit card information.

FRAUD POLICY
All fraudulent credit-card transactions (including charge-back) will be dealt with full provision of law. Legal recourse as provided in India and Country of Order/Delivery will be fully utilized to book criminals participating in any type of Credit-Card Fraud.

SIZES
Most garments are made to order as per Buyers' custom measurements.OR displayed size on web,(net).
After placing bulk order, customers are advised to provide size details in inches or centimeters (height, chest/bust, just below bust, waist, hips, sleeve length, upper arm circumference, cross-back/shoulder etc. Measurements and Special requests (if any) can be emailed to dishaexports123@yahoo.co.in
NOTE: If Size OR Measurements are not provided within 3 days of placing an order, garment will be made to free size
· surprise present for someone? don't know exact measurements? just give us height and size in XS/ S/ M/ L/ XL etc. and your package can be delivered to any address of your choice. complimentary gift-wrapping available on request.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are usually shipped within 7 to 12 working days.

We are not resposible for damage or any loss during transit in India and abroad.


Free Home Delivery: In INDIA. In case of Custom Ordered Garments requiring Heavy Handwork, shipment may take 5/6 week or even more time is required.


Please note that we do NOT give Guarantees for Delivery Date as we have no control over extenuating circumstances that may/ may not delay delivery after we have shipped. Tracking Report of the concerned courier company will be conclusive proof of delivery.


CANCELLATION OF ORDER
www.dishaexports.net and www.ccavenue.com reserve the right to cancel any order suspecting fraud.

In case of HIGH RISK payment declared by CCAVENUE Disha Exports can capture the payment but will not start production for the same and deliver the goods in 12- 15 days or as agreed between the parties,as the payment which is captured are with ccavenue and not released to Disha Exports until they receive necessary documents from the party.After receiving the documents and getting satisfied the amount will be released to Disha Exports and then production will start and goods will be dispatched thereafter as agreed.
